Hey Flashers,

Monday kicks off tomorrow, and needless to say I’m not looking particularly forward to it. If it contains a jug of Gin, accompanied by Eggs Benedict, then we’ll talk.

I love LEGO as much as the next kid, but I love LEGO way more than the next adult! I remember growing up as a kid, my uncle was a plastic moulder by trade, and receiving buckets – neigh! CRATES of LEGO after one of his testing experiments back at the factory.

There are very few things I love more than LEGO, like a good cup of tea and a day in bed with a self-adhered dose of series, slipping me into a pleasant coma of happiness.

To show you how happy it makes me to love all things LEGO, I’ve found 10 things about LEGO that make being an adult even more awesome. Check them out!

I was introduced to these creatures a few years ago and I haven’t looked back since. It’s one of those, “listen-until-you-get-sick-of-it-and-then-wait-6-months-to-do-it-all-again” kind of bands.

There’s been a lot going on lately but it definitely has not been boring. I was fortunate to be asked to join the Castle Lager Boucher Legacy Experience a month ago. It’s a great initiative (and I swear I’m not just saying that or was I paid to say that) and I’m glad I had the opportunity to participate in the experience.

My thought for today comes from an interesting man. As much as he loved science and ridiculous math problems he was still an adventurer. He was intrigued by not only the energy of the universe but by the energy of people. Einstein also had a way with words…
